Handcrafted Nature: As a manufacturer, we strive for accuracy. However, since many of our sarees involve manual weaving or embroidery, slight variations in color or texture may occur.
Photography: We display product colors as accurately as possible. However, your device’s screen settings may slightly alter the perceived color.
Pricing: All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
Order Confirmation: Your order is an offer to buy. SariNir reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and major credit/debit cards via secure gateways.
Verification: For high-value orders, we may contact you for phone verification before processing.
Timeline: Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days within Dhaka and 3–7 business days outside Dhaka.
Delays: SariNir is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or natural disasters (force majeure).
Delivery Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the product has been dispatched.
In accordance with Bangladesh digital commerce laws:
Damaged/Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect saree, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photos.
Exchange: Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be requested within 3 days of receipt. The saree must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Refunds: If a refund is approved (e.g., product out of stock after payment), it will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

SariNir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
